The Company operates a 7-day No quibble guarantee. Rings ordered to specific sizes are also non-returnable. Postage and packing is not refunded. Any goods sent back at client cost. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach JDWARKA office. Please make sure all the details like number of pieces and price and model number correspond for smooth custom clearance. Please get an authorization confirmation from our reimport department.
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the necessary criteria. Refunds can be adjusted in the next order or will be processed within 15 business days from the date of receiving the returned item.
