As a jewelry manufacturer, we have a minimum order requirement of 30 pieces per style, with a first-order minimum spend of US $ 1,000. Our focus is on providing the best possible service to our clients, which means we must maintain these standards to ensure we can continue to deliver high-quality, handcrafted pieces.
We do, however, make exceptions in some cases where there is potential for order quantity to increase rapidly in the future. For repeat orders, there is no minimum spend requirement. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to working with you on your next project.

We guarantee that all orders cover manufacturing defects and offer free-of-charge repairs, provided we are informed within 7 working days of delivery. As each piece is handmade, there may be some small flecks or scratches that add to their unique character. However, items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, improper handling, lack of care, or through misuse will not be considered faulty and will not be covered by us. For items outside the 7-day window that have clear manufacturing defects, please inform the designated Account Manager who will guide you through the claim process.
